Meal Plan Monday

High School Days

I had the pleasure this weekend to get together with five girlfriends for dinner. This is a special group of friends. We have all known each other since Jr. High/High School (some even longer).  The photo above shows 5 out of the 6 of us in our senior year. Over the years we had times when we were closer or farther away,  just based on the places we were in our lives. We try to get together around 4 times a year for dinner and to caught up. Even though we don't see each other everyday and eat lunch together like when we were in high school, it's nice getting together with people who have see you grow and change over the years.

To these friends I say thank you for being there and for making me laugh, cry and grow! You have and still bring so much joy into my life.  So....when are we going out again??

Speaking of food, here is my Meal Plan for this week:

Monday: Spaghetti & Salad

Tuesday: Chicken Strips, Bread Machine Dinner Rolls, Smoky & Cheesy Baked Mashed Potatoes, and Carrots.

Wednesday Leftovers

Thursday: Baked Bean Quesadillas & Salad

Friday: Eat Out

Saturday: Chicken Supreme (from savingdinner.com), Egg Noodles, Broccoli

Sunday: Leftovers

I've also planned to Snacks for this week:

No Bake Sunbutter Granola Bars
Chocolate Chip Scones
