Meal Plan Monday






I'm running late on the meal plan. We had an extremely busy weekend and I was just to tired to think about food last night.  So here is my quick put together meal plan for this week.

Monday: Pancakes & Fruit.

Tuesday: Soup & Sandwiches

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Hotdogs & Alpha tots

Friday: Egg "McMuffin" Sandwich  (need to use up the 10 dozen eggs I bought on Easter Week)

Saturday: Salisbury Steak & Mashed Pototoes

Sunday: Cottage Pie


Snacks: Itty Bitty Cinnamon Rolls, Granola Bars & Power Balls.
