Our new favorite dish from last weeks plan was the Oregano Beef Kebabs with Tzatzik, This was so easy and had such a wonderful flavor. It's a must make the next time we have friends over for dinner.
Monday: Grilled Chicken, Cauliflower and Green Salad
Wednesday: Chocolate Pancakes (Sneaky Chef Recipe) with Blueberry Syrup and Bacon
Friday: Pork Chopes with Cinnamon Apples & Roasted Potatoes
Saturday: Steak, Grilled Carrots and Hobo Potatoes.
