I did the no-nonsense circuit plan yesterday. Let me just say, I'm feeling muscles today that I forgot I had.

It was a great workout for a few reasons
1. No equipment needed.
2. Took less than 30 minutes.
3. I know I got a workout - I feel it!
I still need to work up to the repeat 3x because my legs were like jelly after 2 so many goal is to be able to do this circuit three times at least twice a week.
